Avec Bob éponge,il présente l'eau à Paris,c'est marrant de voir tous les objets de Bob éponge,mais aussi apprendre comment protèger cette source si précieuse.
Si vous êtes à Paris, aller à la pavillon d'eau dans 16e(je pense),c'est aussi pour les enfants.

今天中午做得清淡不油膩的蔬菜派
材料 一個約28cm的千層派皮, 三個雞蛋, 125克的原味優格, 40克的細削起司, 半個紅椒, 半個胡蘿蔔, 半個洋蔥, 半個筍瓜
器具 一個約25cm的派盤, 一個叉子, 一個碗
做法 先將烤箱加熱到200°c, 將派皮放入派盤中(用烤箱用紙或在派盤中抹奶油或橄欖油), 用叉子在所有派皮上輕戳洞以便派皮烤熟.
將雞蛋原味優格放入碗中攪拌均勻, 將紅椒胡蘿蔔洋蔥筍瓜切成細條狀
把派皮放入烤箱約10鐘,之後拿出烤箱.
先放紅椒,胡蘿蔔,洋蔥,筍瓜,再放入混合的雞蛋及優格
